This week's Customer of the Week is no stranger to the Simmental industry. The Krieger family from Universal, Indiana consists of Mark, Jamie, Anna and Peter Krieger who run a Simmental-influenced cow herd of 650 cows on 6,500 acres on the Indiana-Illinois line. Jamie Secondino-Krieger is a great supporter of Simmental sales across the United States as a livestock insurer with American Livestock, Inc. Many weekends you can find Jamie, with her festive sweaters, and big smile at many of the Simmental sales.
The Krieger's two children Anna and Peter are highly involved with the farm and the Simmental industry. Both have exhibited at AJSA events, and this summer Anna was elected to the AJSA Board of Trustees.
